Miniature bread box

I'm a big fan of handmade miniatures, there's something in them that never fail to make me smile but I tend to avoid making them because they are so tiny!But lately, I decided to give it a try, so my first project is this... a miniature bread box made out of polymer clay.

I'd like to make this using wood but I don't have the tools and materials yet,,maybe soon?=),,I'm happy how this bread box turned out but I'm NOT satisfied  lol! I'll try to make another one and lets see if there's improvement=)

Sona Grigoryan Inspired Polymer clay Bangle

I stumbled upon Sona Grigoryan youtube channel and I fell in love instantly with her one-of-a-kind bangle tutorial. I can't wait any longer for my Fimo clays to arrive so I just used whatever color I have on hand. My first attempt was a total mess because it came out too big for my wrist! 

Now for my second attempt it came out just fine because I made my bangle "flat" not rounded. I  almost gave up because when I'm about to finish the holes that I made, I noticed that my raw clay bangle is no longer sticking to the soda can!I don't want all my hard work to be put into waste again so I've decided to cut an extra length of clay , connect them again and walahh it worked! 

I've learned something while making my Sona Bangle  ... never ever give up =)

My take on Micro Macrame

I'm a big fan of micro macrame jewelry but I  find them too expensive that's why I tried to get some materials needed to make one for myself . Oh boy I almost fulled my hair  out coz I gone crazy with the knots  and cords going everywhere!I told myself " what the heck is this??! why it's so complicated blah blahh"...from then on , I completely understand why micro macrame jewelry are expensive,,they are made with lots of love, PATIENCE and Determination,, kudos to all micro macrame artist out there!

So yeah, I almost get bald and blind (lol) before I managed to finish my very first micro macrame slave bracelet and I almost cry coz I'm so happy how it turned out...

yeah,,here's my labor of love=) and I don't know if there's any more patience left in me to make another one lol!

I'm keeping this cutie for myself. I hope to wake up one day to have a very strong will to create another piece like this in different color .

Mokume Gane Necklace # 1

Here's my first attempt making Mokume gane pendant, I've learned the technique from my favorite clay artist Anna Oriona of youtube.I've made four pendants of  different sizes and shape but manage to photographed only one piece lol! sorry about that,,I'll just update this post later.=)

Stroppel cane Necklace

It's been a while... but now that I'm back, I'll do my best to update this blog more often than before,,;)
To start my first post for this year I made some necklace  using the very well known Stroppel cane technique..I had so much fun playing with my scraps of  clay coz each stack has its different  look,, without further ado,,here's the first two pieces that I made so far...
